Executive

As Executive Vice President of Enterprise Partnerships and Head of Global Cities & City Possible for Mastercard, a Fortune 500 enterprise, I formed partnerships and developed solutions that served communities around the world and opened new markets and business growth.

Energized by the challenge and opportunity of global urbanization, we created a program to help cities accomplish inclusive economic growth and prosperity. In 2018, we developed City Possible into a worldwide network of over 300 cities, states, and national governments, commercial partners, and academic and NGO institutions. The Global Cities portfolio includes transit and mobility business, the creation and launch of Mastercard City Key™, Mastercard City Insights data analytics platform, and several other programs and partnerships across small business, crypto, cybersecurity, and sustainability.

I helped lead our In Solidarity commitment, $500MM over five years, to help close the racial wealth and opportunity gap for Black communities across America.

I served as the Global Executive Sponsor of our Latin Business Resource Group (LBRG) supporting our Latinx/Hispanic employees, partners, and stakeholders worldwide driving business growth across the company.

  • "My work ethic is defined by a relentless commitment to getting the job done, no matter the hours or effort required. I’m the kind of person who’ll stay up all day and night to ensure every detail is perfect. I make it a point to attend every meeting, hop on every plane, and say yes to every opportunity to connect with others. My eagerness to engage with everyone and tackle every challenge head-on reflects my dedication to excellence and my passion for driving results. I believe in giving my all to every task and interaction, knowing that hard work and unwavering dedication are key to achieving success."

  • "There have been many instances in my lifetime where I have endured challenges and doubts. Fear would attempt to settle, but my goals would speak and fight louder than those doubts. I've done great work to ensure the noise doesn't affect my dedication to seeing things through. "

  • "For me, authenticity, trust, and candor are the cornerstones of a strong working relationship. Being genuine in my interactions helps build trust, as people know they can rely on me to be honest and straightforward. Candor ensures that communication is clear and constructive, allowing us to address issues openly and work through challenges effectively. I’ve found that when I bring my true self to the table and encourage the same from others, it creates a foundation of mutual respect and collaboration, leading to more productive and meaningful relationships."
